To hide guides, open the “Layout” menu in the “Design” panel and select “Hide Guides.
There are a few ways to hide ruler lines. One is to use a ruler to draw a line at the edge of the paper, then use your finger to press down on the line and pull it towards the center of the paper. Another way is to use a pencil to lightly draw a line across the top of your paper, then erase the line with an eraser.
There are a few ways to get rid of the grid in Illustrator. One way is to use the Object > Grid menu item. Another way is to use the Pathfinder panel.
To show or hide the grid in a document, press Ctrl+G.
To hide guides in Indesign, go to the View menu and select Guides. You can then choose to hide all guides or just specific types of guides.
