To delete emails, go to Gmail’s main interface. To get started, log into your Gmail inbox as you normally would. Check a tiny box under the search bar to select all displayed messages. Then, choose “Delete” from the drop-down menu next to it. Select “All Messages” from the drop-down menu below.Delete all Messages. Trash must be emptied.

Select the option “Delete all but some of my emails,” and then click on “Remove everything except for certain emails” to delete all of your e-mails. To remove only some of your e-mail, choose the option “Only keep certain emails.”

Open the label (or your Inbox, or Sent Mail, etc) with the messages you want to select. Above your messages, click the Select: All link. Click the link that says Select all [number] discussions in [present view].

If you have a maximum of 100 emails in your Gmail inbox, keep track of them by marking each individual email with a check mark. If the communications you wish to delete span numerous pages, you’ll need to search and delete them in multiple operations.

Delete Gmail emails in bulk or multiple emails at once by following these steps. Open the folder where you want to remove the emails on your Android phone’s Gmail app. Select each email that you wish to delete by tapping the icon to the left of it, or long-pressing it.
