How to Delete Instagram Account Permanently?
Go to Instagram. Use a browser to log into Instagram. Select an option. Choose whether or not you want to delete your account based on the question of why you want to do so. Select the red button. Re-type your password. Your profile and data will be erased from the site.
Go to the Instagram account deletion page from your browser. If you’re not signed in, you’ll have to do so. Choose a reason for canceling the account. Re-type your password. Select Delete [username] from the drop-down menu. Your account has been terminated.
Log in to your Instagram account from a computer or mobile browser. Go to the Delete Your Account page (https://instagram.com/accounts/remove/request/permanent/) and make a selection from the drop-down menu next to “Why are you removing your account?”
Login to your account by clicking the person icon and going to your profile page. Select edit profile from the drop-down menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page. There will be a button that says “temporarily deactivate my account,” with a box where you may enter a reason for doing so.
