Windows Live Mail stores deleted emails in the Deleted Items folder.

If you delete an email from your inbox, it’s gone for good. However, if you delete an email from your trash or spam folders, it can be recovered. To recover an email from your trash or spam folders, open the folder and click the “undelete” or “recover” button.

To restore Windows Live Mail, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the program.
