There are a few ways to restore your Lightroom catalogs:Use the “Restore Catalog” option in the File menu.Use the “Import Photos” dialog box to import photos from a disk or other location.Use the “Export Catalog” option in the File menu to export your catalog as a .lrcat file.
If you delete the Lightroom catalog, all your photos, videos, and edits will be lost.
