Visit family.microsoft.com using a web browser. Log into your Family Safety account if you haven’t already done so. Before removing a member of your family, make sure there is at least one other family organizer or member in the group.

Go to Your information at the top of the page. Make a change to how you sign in to Microsoft. Select an alternate name that you wish to delete. If it’s a primary alias, choose a new primary before deleting the old one.

Scroll down to Manage my child’s profile information and sign in to your Microsoft account. Find the person you want to remove consent for this child’s account, then choose it.

Click the Start button, then click Settings. Select Accounts from the drop-down menu. nSelect the Microsoft account you wish to delete from your list of accounts. Remove it by clicking Yes, then Yes again when prompted.

When you move to a new Microsoft account, any money in your old one does not automatically transfer to the new one. You can only move a Gamertag from one Microsoft account to another once every 30 days.
