Go to your account page and click on “Your Account” in the header. Click on “Your Orders” in the submenu that appears. Find the order containing the gift card you want to remove, then click on the “Actions” button (next to “Order Status”) and select “Return or exchange”. You will be prompted to enter a reason for returning or exchanging, so type “I would like to return this item because I don’t want it.
You can’t tell if a gift card has been used unless you have the gift card number and PIN.
