To delete your Gmail account, open the Settings app and scroll down to Passwords and Accounts. Tap on Gmail. To remove your Gmail account, click Delete Account. You may be prompted to verify that you want to remove your Gmail account; if so, tap Remove Account.

To begin, open the “Settings” app on your iPhone and go to the “Contacts” section. Select “Accounts.” After that, choose the “Delete account” option.
Open the Settings app on your phone. nSelect Accounts from the drop-down menu. If “Accounts” isn’t displayed, tap Users & accounts instead. Select the account you wish to delete. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > General and scroll all the way down. If you don’t see a “Profiles” area, be sure you have a configuration profile installed. Select the profile you want to remove from the “Profiles” list and hit Remove Profile on it.
