On your iPhone, go to “Settings.” Select “Password and Security.” Scroll down to “Trusted Phone Number.” Tap on the blue “Edit” button near the bottom of the screen. On the right side, under “Add a Trusted Phone Number,” click on “Edit.” Enter your passcode in the box that appears.
Begin by selecting the two phones that will be replaced. Go to Settings>iCloud on these two devices and switch off all data with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.). When prompted, select Keep My Data On The iPhone. Continue scrolling down until you reach the bottom of the screen and then Delete Account should be selected.
To see if the problem is with iCloud, open the Settings app on your iPhone and go to Accounts > iCloud. Tap your name; after you’ve logged in, you’ll see devices as a choice. All of your Apple devices that you’ve signed into will be displayed (if you have more than one active). Tapping on a phone disconnects.
