You can’t. You have to contact Samsung and ask them to remove the account from your phone.

To remove your Google account from your Samsung, go to Settings > Accounts > Google and tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. From there, select Remove account.

To delete an email account from your Samsung, press the “Home” button on your device. From there, go to “Settings.” Once in Settings, scroll down to “Accounts,” then tap on it. From there, you should see a list of all of your email accounts. Select the one you want to delete by tapping on it.
