To deregister your Echo Show 5, go to Settings->Device Registration. You can also use the Alexa app on your mobile device to deregister the device.
You can deregister your Alexa from the app on your smartphone. This will delete all of the information associated with your Alexa as well as any information you have saved to the cloud. To register again, go to alexa.amazon.com and enter your e-mail address and password to log in.
Deregistering your device is when you are removing it from the Google Play Store. This means that you will no longer be able to access any apps or content on your device, and it will no longer receive updates.
To reset your account, go to the Alexa app on your phone. Select Settings > Your Devices. Then select the device you want to delete and select Delete.
The first step is to disconnect the power cord from the Echo. Next, press and hold the Action button on the top of the Echo for about 15 seconds. Now, you should be able to reconnect your power cord and turn it back on.
