From the Netflix home screen, navigate to the left and select “Get Help.”
Once you are on the Netflix app, hit the menu button and click on Settings. On the list of options that come up, a Sign Out option should be located at the bottom.
If you cannot view the Netflix app on your Xbox One home screen, try quitting and re-launching it in order to complete the process.If the issue persists after following these steps, please contact our customer support team.
