For Android users, go to the Google Play Store and download the WhatsApp app. If you’re using an iOS device, head to the App Store and get it there. You’ll be asked to provide your phone number when you open the program; after that, verification will take place.
After that, transfer your account: Keep the WhatsApp Business app open and your phone turned on until the account transfer is finished. You might be asked to restore from your backup while the move takes place automatically. Tap Continue or Restore if necessary. Then, if prompted, tap Next.
Open the chat with your business. Tap the business name, then Block or Block Business.
