Go to this page and log in using your Microsoft account. Select Change Picture from the drop-down menu. Remove by clicking Remove. A pop-up window will appear; click Remove to remove it.
To delete your account, go to https://aboutme.google.com/. Click on your profile picture in the lower right corner. Click on it to confirm that you want to delete your account.
Click or tap the camera icon next to a profile or header photo you wish to modify, then choose Upload picture or Remove. Save the changes.
Select the account you want to deactivate. In the top menu, tap your profile photo, then Settings and privacy. Privacy and safety should be selected. Drag the slider next to Protect Your Tweets to enable it.
