Unfortunately, you can’t remove an Xbox profile from a Microsoft account. If Person B’s email is changed or removed from the Xbox profile, Person B’s Microsoft account will be permanently deleted. Person A would need to establish their own Xbox account and begin again.
To launch the Guide, press the Xbox button on the main menu. Scroll down to the Profile & system section (marked with your profile icon at the top), then pick Settings from the drop-down menu.
