Click File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles in Outlook. Select Show Profiles. Choose a profile and then Delete it.
Select the Settings option…. Select Delete under Manage Your Connected Accounts if you wish to delete an account.
To quit Outlook, follow these steps: 1. Open Start and select Control Panel. 2. Select Mail from the menu options. 3. In Account Settings, remove all secondary accounts. 4. Then delete the primary account… 5. Click Data Files in the drop-down menu next to Remove All Primary Accounts under Close Outlook 819
