Click the Users link in your Google Admin console. Select a User status filter from the drop-down menu. Check the Suspended box and then Apply. Click More next to the suspended user to view more options. Confirm by clicking Reactivate.

Contact the owner of the management account if your account is suspended owing to outstanding fees. You may reinstate your account by paying all past due amounts in the Billing and Cost Management console if your account was suspended owing to outstanding charges.

Follow these steps to reopen an AWS support case: On the left side of the page, click Support. In the upper-right corner, choose Support, then Support Center. Select View all cases and then the Subject or Case ID of your support issue you want to reactivate. Pick Reactivate case from the drop-down menu.

To reactivate your email address, click the gear icon to the right of it. Click Reactivate Mailbox. Click Reactivate to finish the procedure. Your email address is now active!
