Unplug the STB from the outlet (Amino or ADB Converter Box). Check that you’ve unplugged the correct wire by looking for a light on the STB. 30 seconds later, plug back in the STB’s power cable.
To cancel your account, go to the Settings menu by tapping on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner. Select Account and then Delete Account from the drop-down menu. Confirm with Remove after entering your password. You must wait seven days before creating a new account tied to the same email address or phone number. Please keep in mind that
After you make a delete request, your account will be restored for 7 days. (This is in the event that you unintentionally delete your account or if you decide to terminate it!) Your account will then be closed after these seven days have passed.
