The reset button on the Ooma base is located next to the power cord. It can be used to reset the device if it becomes unresponsive or if you want to change the settings back to the factory defaults. To reset the Ooma base, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.

To reset your Ooma Voicemail, you will need to log into your account on the Ooma website. Once you are logged in, you will need to click on the “Voicemail” tab and then click on the “Settings” button. From there, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Reset Voicemail” button. A confirmation message will pop up asking if you are sure that you want to reset your voicemail.
The Ooma is flashing purple because it is trying to connect to the internet. If it is not able to connect, it will continue to flash purple.
