In Windows Explorer, choose Options from the View menu. Then, make sure “Show hidden files, folders, or drives” is selected and that “Hide protected operating system files” has been turned off. You should now be able to see C:\Users in Windows Explorer.
The user folder is not deleted when you delete a user account; instead, when the computer is rebooted and the user signs in again, a new user folder will be generated. Deletion of a profile folder has two advantages: it may assist you if your computer is hacked and no longer allows you to log in as that particular profile; and
Open your computer’s folder. select the Computer option from the drop-down menu at the top right of your screen. navigate to the folder that previously housed the file or folder, right-click it, and then choose to Restore previous versions.
