When you’ve accidentally deleted or archived any email, simply shake your iPhone or iPad once for an “Undo Delete” option to appear on the screen. To confirm and recover the deleted email, simply tap on “Undo.
In reality, when you delete an email from your iPhone or iPad email inbox, it isn’t immediately removed from the device. It is first sent to the Trash folder, however, this does not imply it is there permanently.
Right-click the emails you want to move and choose “Move To,” then send them to your inbox or any other folder of your choosing. Use the “Restore” button instead of sending individual emails separately.
Go to www.iCloud.com and log in with your Apple ID to view your iCloud emails. Select Trash from the sidebar to see your deleted iCloud emails. To restore a deleted email to your inbox, choose it and use the Move button.
You can rediscover deleted emails with this trick. If you’ve accidentally trashed an email, simply shake your iPhone in your hand. “Undo Trash?” and “Cancel” are two of the choices that will appear. Recheck for the message and retake it from there if necessary.
