To sign out of the Outlook app for Android, you must uninstall it. The only alternative is to delete the Outlook account from the program.
To delete a contact from your Outlook inbox, go to the profile icon in the upper-right corner of your screen and select “Sign out.”Select “Sign out” from the drop-down menu.
