Select Manage from the drop-down menu. Go to the Services & subscriptions page and find your Microsoft 365 subscription. Select it to manage your subscription. If you see a Turn off recurring billing link, deselect it to turn off automatic payments. If you see a Cancel link, select it to cancel your membership.
