If you want to stop using TuneIn Radio’s player, please follow these steps: Open iTunes on Mac or PC, click Music in the left navigation bar, right-click on the song you want to listen to and click “get info”. In the dialog that opens, uncheck “iTunes DJ” and click OK. There may be an option to check a box next to each Song title (on older versions of iTunes), if so, please clear it. This will ensure that this station will not play again.

If you find that TuneIn Radio unexpectedly appears in your music library with a blue icon then it’s because you’ve used Google Play Music or YouTube on Android devices before. It may take several hours for these platforms to update their libraries – we recommend closing all apps including Chrome, restarting your device and checking again at another time. To prevent TuneIn Radio from being added to your music play history again in the future please do not listen to any radio stations using apps other than TuneIn.
If you still find a red TuneIn icon showing in your music library, it means that you have “unchecked” or disabled the Song but not unchecked the station. Please uncheck all of the Songs that appear in iTunes and then check them to make sure they are checked. You should now see a blue TuneIn Radio icon instead of a red one.
On Android 6.0 (marshmallow), when the Power Saving Mode is ON, your device may lose its ability to stream or play audio unless you keep the screen awake or bring TuneIn to forefront of your phone. To fix this, go to your Android System Settings and turn off Battery Saving Mode in order for streaming and playback functionality to resume as usual.
If your connection is not sufficiently fast for the video you are watching, it may buffer a lot. To fix this, on the “Now Playing” screen press menu and tap on settings. Increase the amount of data that is stored before playing by tapping on “Buffer.”
Go to the Apps tab in iTunes, and right-click on the ESPN Radio app. Select Delete, then Remove it from your iPhone. Now go to the iTunes Store tab in iTunes, type “ESPN Radio” into search bar and select Download.
Streaming music for one hour at 64 kbps on 3G uses about 230 megabytes of data.
TuneIn currently streams in the following formats: Windows Media, MP3, MP4A/MP4V.
