To enable MTP on your Galaxy S6, go to Settings > Connections > USB Utilities.
The USB settings on the Samsung Galaxy S6 can be found by going to Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings.
To set your Samsung to MTP mode, you’ll need to connect your phone to your computer. Then, go into the settings on your phone and change the USB connection type from “Mass storage” to “Media device.

You need to install the USB drivers for your device on your computer. For this, you need to download the Samsung USB Drivers from their website. After installing these drivers, restart your computer and connect your device to the computer using a USB cable.
The Galaxy S6 is not compatible with iTunes. You can use Samsung’s Kies software to sync your phone with a Windows or Mac computer.
To enable ADB on a locked phone, you’ll first need to unlock the bootloader. This is usually done by flashing a custom recovery like TWRP or CWM. Once the bootloader is unlocked, you can use ADB commands to access the phone.
