Open your account. In the Account details area, click Account Settings. Unlink your Microsoft account ID in the Linked accounts section by clicking next to it.
The Delete Account window should now appear. Click Delete Account and select Yes when prompted to confirm that this is the account you wish to delete. When asked if you’re sure, click Yes again, then finally Remove Account from the drop-down menu at the bottom of your screen. Then follow these steps:
To change your sign-in credentials, go to the login screen for the account you want to update by signing in with your Microsoft account. Select the Your info tab from this page. Choose Manage your sign-in email or phone number from the menu on the left side of the window. Next to your Skype name, choose to Move to another Microsoft?
You must first unlink your Microsoft account before deleting your Skype account. Disclaimer: It will take some time for the Skype account to be removed from the database.
Open the Skype program on your Desktop. Click your Skype name in the upper left corner and select Settings from the drop-down menu. nScroll down to Close Your Account on the right-side panel. to verify your account again, input your password again.
