This is a bug in the Hangouts app, and it’s been reported to Google.

To unmute your camera, you’ll need to go into the settings of your device. In iOS, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > FaceTime and turn on the VoiceOver option. In Android, go to Settings > Accessibility and enable the TalkBack option.

In order to turn on your camera in Google Hangouts, you need to make sure the “Enable Camera” option is checked. To do this, go to the upper left-hand corner of the screen and click on the gear icon. In the window that pops up, scroll down until you see “Enable Camera.” Click on it and then close out of the window.

This is a common problem for people using Google Meet. I would recommend that you mute your microphone and then unmute it to see if this solves the problem.

To unmute your camera, go to the camera settings and click on “unmuted”

We recommend you go to the system preferences in your Mac and select “Sound” in the list on the left. Select “Input” on the right, then click the “+” button to add a new input device. You should see your webcam microphone listed here, just select it and click “Add.

To unmute your microphone, you may need to go to the Windows Control Panel and select “Recording Devices” and then click on the microphone that you want to unmute.

To unmute a video, you need to click on the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the video.

To unmute your microphone, press the “fn” key on your keyboard and then press the “F5” key.

The first thing you need to do is go into your camera settings. Once there, find the camera that you want to unblock and click on it. You will then be able to unblock it by unchecking the box next to “Block Camera.
