Click the question mark symbol at the top right corner of your screen that says “Help.” Select ‘My User’ from the drop-down menu. An option called “Reset password” should be visible at the bottom.
Remember that, once your account has been deleted, you will never be able to return. You’ll also lose all of your BooniePlanet and BlockStarPlanet progress if you play those games as well. If you’re certain that you don’t want to play anymore, only then should you delete your account.
