You can’t delete a mailbox on your iPhone because your phone is connected to the iCloud and your email is stored there. To delete a mailbox, you would need to log into the iCloud website and find the account that you want to delete and then delete it from there.

To delete a mailbox from your iPhone, you can go to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> [your email account] -> Account -> Advanced. Tap on Delete Account and you’ll be given the option to delete the account or cancel.

To delete a mailbox, first open the Mail app on your iPhone. Tap the “Mailboxes” tab at the bottom of the screen. Next, tap the “Edit” button in the upper-right corner of your screen and select “Delete This Mailbox.

Mailboxes cannot be deleted from the server. If you want to delete a mailbox, you must first move all of the emails and folders in the mailbox to another mailbox.

The first step is to go to Settings and scroll down to Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Tap on the account you want to delete. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account. You will now be asked if you want to remove just the account or also remove all mail, contacts and calendars associated with that account. Tap on Remove Account.

To delete a shared mailbox, you need to remove the user from the appropriate group.In Exchange Management Console, navigate to Recipients > Shared Mailboxes. Click on the mailbox that is being deleted and then click Remove from Group in the action pane on the right-hand side.

Open the Mail app on your iPhone. Tap the mailbox that you want to edit. Tap Edit or, if you’re in Mailboxes view, tap Edit at the bottom of the screen.Tap the email account you want to edit.Tap Edit at the top of the screen and then tap Delete All Inbox Messages.

You can turn off a shared mailbox by logging into your account and going to the Shared Mailbox tab. There you will see the shared mailbox that you want to disable, click on the “Disable” button.

If you’re using Gmail, this is a common problem. You can try to delete the email in your Trash folder and then empty the trash. If that doesn’t work, try logging out of Gmail and logging back in.
