To delete an Instagram account you’ve linked, go to your profile and tap the three lines in the corner. Then, under Settings, scroll all the way down to ‘Log out.’ You’ll have the choice of which account you’d want to log out of.
To get rid of a linked Instagram account, go to the “Delete Your Account” page in Instagram’s Help Center and follow the on-screen instructions. Then tap “Delete My Account,” log into the Instagram account you want to remove, and fill out the form to delete your account.
To disassociate two Instagram accounts, you must delete one from the “Login Info” menu. If you want to get rid of your Instagram account from Facebook, use the “Accounts Center” option. To disconnect your Instagram accounts using a smartphone, you’ll need to download the app.
To delete your Snapchat account, go to the account deletion page (https://accounts.snapchat.com/accounts/delete_account). This may be found by going to Snapchat.com and scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page, then clicking “Support.” Then select “Account Information” under “My Account & Security,”
It’s not possible to have several Instagram accounts with the same email address. If you create a second Instagram account using the app, you may use your phone number instead of your email address to register.
