From the Google Admin console, go to Settings > Roles. Select the role you wish to modify from the list. nClick Privileges in the left-hand menu. Click Services while scrolling down under Administrator Console Privileges.
You can’t remove management from a Chromebook if it was issued by a school or business. There are no hacks or workarounds available. It is not possible. If you have a Chromebook that you purchased but bound with a managed account, the administration has taken over your device.
Go to your Google Admin console. Use your administrator account (doesn’t end in @gmail.com) to sign in. Go to Account settings from the Admin console Home page. Check the box next to Continue Reading to indicate that you have read the information and want to proceed. Delete Account is the last option.
You don’t need to go into development mode to remove the admin from the machine. Simply perform a power wash. If an administrator is in control, that’s a different story. You’d have to contact the firm in charge of the device and ask them to free it up for you.
Unenrolling a Chromebook. The process is straightforward and painless, thankfully. You must enable the Developer Mode on your Chromebook, and you’re done. Keep in mind that after this operation, your Chrome OS will be “Powerwashed,” which means all of your current data will be erased.
