If you no longer use the Bolt app and want your account deleted, please contact our Customer Support staff via the app. The driver account may only be erased if there is no commission owed to Bolt. There has been no payment made on your behalf.
Tap the Activity Log button beneath your profile photo on your profile page. To find and select Search history, scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Tap Clear searches if you’d like to clear all of your search histories. Confirm by tapping Clear searches and then Yes.
Tap your name in the top right corner of Facebook and then tap the menu icon. Scroll down to the post and tap in the upper right corner. Select Hide from Profile or Delete Message, as appropriate.
Visit your profile by clicking your name in the upper right-hand corner. Scroll down just a little until the menu option appears in the left-hand corner of your screen. Choose “Month,” “Date,” or “Year” from the drop-down menu next to each entry. nap on the three dots next to each post to?
Click the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of one of our emails or opt-out in the Bolt app’s profile section to cancel your subscription. It’s as simple as that.
