You can’t delete your Facebook account if you don’t have access to it. If you’re no longer able to log into your account, contact Facebook’s support team to help you regain access.
If you are using the last phone number or email address that was linked to your account, then Facebook will send a text with a code to that number. If you’re not, then Facebook will ask for some personal information about you to verify who you are.
Unfortunately, there is no way to gain access to an old Facebook account. If you have the login email and password, then you can create a new account.Facebook will not allow you to change your email address or password if it has been inactive for more than three months. They also do not allow you to log in using any other email address or phone number that has been associated with your account.
If the account is inactive, then it will be deleted from Facebook’s servers in 30 days.

There are two ways to get the code for your Facebook account. The first is by going to the Facebook login page and clicking on “Forgot your password?” This will prompt you to answer a security question in order to verify your identity. Once you have done so, a 6-digit code will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you don’t have an email address associated with your account, you can go through this process using a phone number instead.
If you had previously synced your Facebook account to your mobile phone number, you will need to contact Facebook and get them to remove the syncing. If you have not synced your Facebook account to your mobile phone number, then the only way for someone else to access it is if they know your password and email address.
To change your Facebook password without your old password and phone number, you can do so by going to the Facebook login page and clicking on the “Forgot Your Password” link. You’ll then be prompted to enter your email address or phone number associated with your Facebook account. Once you’ve done that, you’ll have a chance to reset your password.
Facebook will delete your account if you do not log in for a period of 6 months. They will send you an email notification to remind you, but if you do not log in within 15 days of the notice, they will delete your account.
It is possible to delete your Facebook account in less than 30 days. If you want to delete your account, go to the app and tap on the menu button. From there, scroll down and select “Settings.” After that, click on “General” and then “Manage Account.” You can then click on “Delete Facebook Account” and confirm your decision by selecting “Yes, Delete My Account Now.
