If you’re not logged into your Google account, Chrome will ask you if you want to log in. If you are logged in, Chrome will show you a list of available accounts for you to log in with. You can disable this by going to Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Privacy > Content Settings and disabling the option titled “Offer to save passwords and form-data”.

To delete a username from the login screen, go to System Preferences and click on Users & Groups. Find the user you want to delete and click on their name. On the right side, click on Advanced Options and then Delete the account. Enter your password when prompted and then click on Delete Account.
