To deactivate your account, go to the Account icon next to your profile photo and then Settings. Scroll all the way down until you reach the bottom of the page, where you’ll find Deactivate your account. Read and understand the warning before clicking Deactivate.

Select the Class/Group from the left side panel. More is on the right side of the center information panel. Select Advanced Settings from the drop-down menu. Archive > Yes should be selected, as shown in Figure 3-81.

If you’re having trouble reaching your credit card companies, try contacting them through the Customer Service department of the company.
