You can’t. Outlook does not have a feature to put your picture on your email.
You can’t delete your profile picture in Outlook 2020.Outlook 2020 doesn’t have a way to delete a profile picture.

To remove your profile picture from Microsoft Office, you will need to go to the “Office Account” tab on the upper right corner of the screen. From there, you will need to click on “Manage Profile.” This will take you to a page that has a list of all of your Microsoft Office accounts. On this page, you can select which account you want to edit and then click on “Edit Profile.
To remove your Microsoft profile picture, you can go to the account settings page and click on “Manage what others see.” You can then select “Remove my profile picture” under the “Your profile” section.

To change your picture in Outlook 2016, you’ll need to open the app. Once you are in Outlook, click on “File” and then on “Account Settings”. On the left side of the window, you will see an option titled “E-mail Accounts”. Click on that. You will then see a list of all of your email accounts. Click on the one that you want to edit your profile picture for.
You can’t. Gmail 2021 is still in the beta testing phase and there is no way to remove your profile picture from it.
To remove your Microsoft account picture, you will need to log into your Microsoft account and go to the “Account Settings” page. Then, click on the “Sign-in options” tab. Underneath “Do you want people to see your name and account picture?” there should be a link that says “Remove my account from Windows”.
The reason you can’t change your Outlook picture is because the company has made it impossible to do so. You would need to contact Microsoft and ask them to make it possible for you to change your Outlook picture.
