Did you know that incorrect PINs can cause your iTunes account to be disabled? It appears that you’re dealing with Activation Lock, a security feature that stops stolen iOS devices from being resold. Open the App Store. In the upper-right corner of the App Store’s landing page, tap your name (or the previous owner’s name). This takes you to the Account screen. scroll down and select Sign Out from the drop-down menu, which is available without entering a password.
Click “Forgot Apple ID or password” at appleid.apple.com if you’ve forgotten your Apple ID or password.
Step 1: Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Step 2: Select “Reset > Erase All Content and Settings” from the drop-down menu.
To delete a device from your account, sign in to iCloud.com and go to Find My iPhone. Select “All Devices” to see a list of linked devices, then choose the one you want to remove. Click “Delete Account”
